Reports on GitHub are public. Use synthetic examples only. Do not post keys, tokens, project or screen IDs, signed artifact URLs, private prompts, screenshots or personal/customer data. This is not a confidential account or privacy-request channel. No response-time guarantee is offered.
What to check
- Start with a read in a fresh chat and record the failed tool and time.
- After a timeout, inspect the exact project and screen before any new write.
- Quota or payment requirements stop work; no paid fallback is used.
